Bell; his sons, Donnie (Kim Ireland) and Frank Ireland of Ellensburg, WA.; his foster son Justin Daniels (Amber); his grandchildren, Brad Forrest (AshLea), Aaron Bell (Megan), Jeremy Forrest (Carrie), Nick Bell (Brooke Phillips), Randy Forrest (Kasey), Drew Ireland (Taylor) and Sydney Ireland; his great grandchildren, Emily Bell, Gage Bell, Hailey Forrest, Avery Forrest, Austin Forrest, Briley Forrest, Joshua Ireland, Keaton Bell, Madison Ireland, Morgan Ireland, Samuel Ireland, Emmitt Forrest, Roger Forrest and Stella Forrest; his sisters-in-law, Betty Sue Ireland, June Standley and Joan Mickelberry (Jim); his daughter Joyce Bell; his granddaughter Megan Bell; and his great grandchild Aiden Bell. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, and nephews.
Memorials can be made to the Juvenile Diabetes Association or The Alzheimer's Association and left at the funeral home.
