He is survived by: his wife Carol Waters McCloud; his son Frank McCloud (Lacy) of Gastonia, NC; his siblings, Paul McCloud (Evelyn) of Lawson, MO, Bill McCloud (Christy) of Salisbury, MO, Ruth Ann Washam (Jim) of Salisbury, MO and Kathy Sasek (Stephen) of Moberly, MO; and his sister-in-law Debbie McCloud of Salisbury, MO. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
