He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Amos Dyer and Frances Dyer (Bates); his brother Robert Lee Dyer; his sister-in-law Janice Reed Dyer; and his grandparents, Colonel A. B. Bates (Martha) and Clausin Dyer (Cora).
He is survived by: his nephews, Howard Reed Dyer of Carthage, Richard Alan Dyer of Edmond and Frank Randall Dyer (Cori) of Wildwood; and his niece Amber Moodie-Dyer (Joseph Smith) of Fleetwood.
