She was predeceased by: her parents, Leon Griggs and Dora Mae Snodgrass (Johnson); her husband Robert Watson; her children, David, Bruce Watson and Diana Jones; and her sister-in-law Mary Ann Griggs.
She is survived by: her son Robert Watson II (Tanya); her siblings, Richard Griggs and Linda Thomas (Frank); her sister-in-law Ruth Buchanon (George); and her grandchildren, Johnathan, Dylan, Ethan Watson, Nicole Russell, Erin Montes, Amanda Worster and Carrie Sirard. She is also survived by 13 great grandchildren.
