With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Vernon Leroy Booker (Boonville, Missouri), who passed away on July 24, 2023 at the age of 96. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, George William and Bertha Pauline Booker; his wife Betty Joan Kueckelhan; his brother Bill; and his grandson-in-law Andy Zeller.
He is survived by: his children, David Booker (Terry), Monte Booker and Betty Booker; his grandchildren, Tawnya (Clay), Hollon, Kelly Brush (David), Camie Turner (Corey), Leslie Phillips (Ernie), Cassandra Redman, Jon Booker, Hallie Barton (Jeremy), Zeb Booker, James Vollmer (Jessica) and Michelle Zeller; and his great grandchildren, Brooks, Benton Brush, Carson, Caycee Turner, Abby Parker, Lilly, Lainey Booker, Marjorie Barton, Allie, Cayley, Ian Hollon, Madilyn, Brooklyn Vollmer, Raelyn and Spencer Zeller. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
