She was predeceased by: her parents, Woodrow Cummings and Maudie Augusta Cummings (Buckner); her stepfather Basil Shackelford; her brother James "Jim" Cummings; her sister-in-law Norma Cummings; and her nephew Joseph Cummings.
She is survived by: her husband Norman of Pilot Grove; and her children, Donna Perkins of Boonville, Norman "Kenny" Clarke Jr. (Sue) of Boonville, Dennis "Wayne" Clarke (Rhonda) of Boonville, Sherry Clarke of Magnolia, TX., Doug Clarke (Linda) of Boone, IA. and Tracy Romig (Bob) of Cypress, TX. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren; several great-grandchildren.
