He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Cramer and Barbara Golden Cramer; and his sister Beverly Roberts. He is survived by: his children, Donnie Bender (Ellen) of Columbia, Jeff Cramer of Gilliam, David Bender of Boonville, Laurie Cramer (Robert Bittle) of Rocheport, Roger Bender (Chandra) of Battle Creek, IA, Richard Cramer of New Franklin, Erin Jordan of Boonville and Tania Windsor of Wooldridge; and his siblings, Dennis of New Franklin, Charles Lee Cramer of New Franklin, Lila Huebert (Randy) of Boonville and Debbie Terry (Jerry) of Piney River, VA.. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren; two honorary grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
