He is survived by: his wife Catherine Meisenheimer; his siblings, Charles, Steve, Tim, Jeff, John McCasland, Billie Folmer (Tim) of Millersburg, MO., Cinda Wise (Hank) of Marshall, MO. and Aurora Conseur (Paul) of Sweet Springs, MO.; and his pet Ruby. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
