She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Alonzo and Claire Brewer (Cooney); her husband Grant Karriker; her siblings, Lavern Brewer (Helen), Mildred Trappe (Harold), Raymond Brewer and Rose Smith (Keith); her nephew Bruce Smith; her niece Connie Smith Gelo; and her great-nephew Rhetto Gelo.
She is survived by: her nieces and nephews, Mary Kay Frankenhoff (Bill), Linda Walkoczy (Tom), Pauline Brewer, Carl Brewer (Ellen), Tom Brewer (Claire), Phil Smith (Joyce), Virginia Moore (Rob) and Michelle Snyder; and her friends, Joanna Hughes and Cheryl Giddis.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Bible Baptist Church of New Franklin, Missouri.
