He was predeceased by: his parents, Jacob John and Anna Marie Schwartz (Gerke); his siblings, Gilbert Schwartz and Helen Hoelscher (Schwartz); and his grandson Danny McCartney.
He is survived by: his wife Joyce Schwartz; his children, Allen Wyatt (Cheri) of Independence, Linda Winkler (Dennis) of Independence, Pam Morris (Wyatt) of Independence and Norma Joy Otsubo (Tom) of Oak Grove; his siblings, Harold Schwartz (Sandi) of Overland Park, KS and Betty Ann Sandbothe of Boonville; his grandchildren, Noah Frazier, Matt Wyatt (Kristen), Adam Frazier, Amanda Hayward, Jacob Hayward (Corissa), Kalena Mitchell (Ben), Caleb Otsubo and Michael Otsubo; and his great grandchildren, Isiah, Landen Davis, Allie Hayward, Kailynn Pyle, Mason and Addison Hayward. He is also survived by his wife, children, grandchildren, great grandchildren, a number of nieces and nephews, and many friends.
