She was predeceased by: her father Lawrence Ray; her husband Mark Lindsay Skelton, Sr.; and her siblings, Robert Ray and Mary Lee Marcum. She is survived by: her mother Virginia Jones Ray; her children, Mark Lindsay Skelton, Jr. (Elizabeth Norma-Jean) of Jefferson City, Sarah Paige Skelton Russell (Tyler Allen Russell) of Oak Grove, MO and John Robert Skelton of Boonville; her grandchildren, Allen Russell and Ava Rose Russell of Oak Grove; and her siblings, James Everett Ray, Billy Ray, Ricky Ray, Glenda Rhorer, Donna Smith and Margaret Brandes.
Visitation was held on Saturday, March 15th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 12:30 PM at the Mt. Hermon Baptist Church (133394 B hwy., Boonville, MO 65233). A funeral service was held on Saturday, March 15th 2025 at 12:30 PM and on Sunday, March 16th 2025 at 2:30 PM.
In honor of Norma's generous spirit, memorial contributions may be made to Mt. Hermon Baptist Church.
