He was predeceased by: his parents, Benjamin Homer Elliott Sr. and Nancy Hazel Elliott (Stewart); and his siblings, Judy Wainscott, Norman Elliott and Benjamin "Ben" Elliott Jr..
He is survived by: his children, Tyler Elliott (Kim) of Boonville, MO and Tammy Tonkinson (Randy) of Lincoln, NE; and his brother Kelly Elliott (Marilyn) of Boonville, MO. He is also survived by six grandchildren; and four great grandchildren.
