He is survived by: his parents, Robert Horst and Linda Horst (Ballew) of Boonville; his grandmother Mary Louise Ballew of Slater; his great-aunt Isabell Stoecklein of Boonville; his aunts and uncles, Donna Gilliam of Gilliam, Mary Spradling of California State, Donna Horst of California State, Edwin Louis Horst of Boonville, Larry Ballew (Karen) of Macon and Darrell Ballew of Slater; his sisters, Margaret Mary Schuessler (Brian) of Blue Springs, Angela Marie Howard (Brian) of Dallas and Teresa Ann Nowlin (Tim) of Boonville; his nieces, Amber Michelle Meek, Sydnee Kay Nowlin and Zeilya Ann Nowlin; his nephew Flynt Opie Nowlin; and his cousins, Tamara Morrow (Cain), Alicia Bothel (Dan), Brian Ballew, Cathy Ballow and Jennifer Cash (Darrell).
