She was predeceased by: her parents, Nelson Howard and Nettie Louise Stine (Schuster); her husband Raymond C. Watts; and her siblings, Nelson Howard Stine, Jr. and Patty Linneman.
She is survived by: her pet Cecil; her brother Jacob Franklin Stine (Fay); her sons, Michael (Linda) and Roy (Theresa); her grandchildren, Erica Anderson (Jason) and Shawn (Kim); and her great grandchildren, Phillip and Gabrielle Laurio. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
