She was predeceased by: her parents, Adolph Sr. Hilden and Ellen Hilden (Stephens); and her brothers, Adolph Jr. Hilden (Julia), John Hilden (Mary Ann) and Herman Hilden.
She is survived by: her caregivers, Joyce Schuster (Larry) and Christy Clark (Stuart); and her sister-in-law Phyllis Hilden. She is also survived by numerous other cousins, nieces and nephews.
In honor of the loving and compassionate care Mary Ellen received at Riverdell, the family is asking memorials to be made to the Riverdell Activity Fund.
