With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Mark Steven Thomann of Boonville, Missouri, born in Christopher, Illinois, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 2, 2024 at the age of 72. He was predeceased by: his parents, William Eugene Thomann and Mary Ann Scarborough Thomann; and his brother David. He is survived by: his wife Virginia McGee; his children, Jeffrey Steven Thomann (Tekla) of Boonville, MO., Daniel Travis Thomann (Ashley) of Ft. Worth, TX. and Linda Gail Sapp (Derek) of Hartsburg, MO.; his siblings, Joe Thomann (Vicki) of Clear Water, FL., Betsy Sable (Tim) of Columbia, MO. and Nancy Smith (Randy) of Boonville, MO.; his sister-in-law Tammy Thomann of Michigan; and his grandchildren, Katrina, Hailey and Adacyn. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews.
