She was predeceased by: her parents, Marshall Mace and Lottie Edit Chipley Howard; her husband Charles Noyes; her son Travis; and her siblings, Monte Howard, Hattie Ruth Sutton and Jennie Lou Hutchinson.
She is survived by: her siblings, Marshall Mace Howard Jr. of Overland Park, Kansas and Sall Ann Weekley (Douglas) of Boonville. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and many other relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 22nd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Howard-Millard Funeral Home (1397 W Ashley Rd, Boonville, MO 65233). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, April 22nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Memorials are suggested to the Valley Hope Drug and Alcohol Treatment Center.
