He was predeceased by: his parents, William Orlando Caldwell and Ruth Irene Kidwell Caldwell; his wife Ellen Caldwell; his son Kerry Caldwell; his siblings, Bill Caldwell, John Caldwell, Dean Caldwell, Maxine Caldwell, Marilyn Caldwell and Laverne Collins; and his brothers-in-law, Jerry McGuire, David McGuire, Dennis McGuire and Gregory McGuire.
He is survived by: his son Brent Caldwell of St. Louis, MO; his sisters, Margaret Knierim of Boonville, MO, Kathy Oswald of Boonville, MO, Donna Winningham (Galen) of Boonville, MO, Peggy Clay of Clark, MO and Carolyn King of Mississippi; and his siblings-in-law, Duane McGuire (Debbie), Gayle Lenger, Marlene Cottrell, Mary McGuire Judy Caldwell, Barbara Caldwell and Ginny Spark.
