She was predeceased by: her parents, Otto Joseph Kempf and Mary Magdalena Twenter Kempf; and her husband James B. Hodges. She is survived by: her children, Kathy Johnmeyer (Don) of Denton, TX, Mary Ellen Bechtel (Dale) of Boonville, MO, Ronnie Hodges (Brenda) of Boonville, MO, J. Brent Hodges IV (Jolene) of Tipton, MO, Keith Hodges (Joyce) of Boonville, MO and Mark Hodges of Boonville, MO; her brothers, Estill Kempf (Alice) of Florissant, MO and Jerry Ray Kempf of Boonville, MO; and her sister-in-law Dorothy Kempf of Boonville, MO. She is also survived by 17 grandchildren and 36 great-grandchildren.

Memorial contributions are suggested to the S.S. Peter and Paul Catholic Church or school.
