He was predeceased by: his parents, Joel Jackson Terrell, Sr. and Dollie Mae Burns Terrell; his wife Erma N. Richardson; and his brothers, James Terrell and Roy Terrell.
He is survived by: his sons, Robert Terrell (Sharon) of Kansas City, Marvin Terrell of Boonville and Joel III; his brothers, Charles Terrell of Boonville and Lynn Terrell of New Franklin; and his grandchildren, Robert Dale Terrell Jr., Lisa Terrell, Whitney Ray, Joel Terrell IV and Victoria Terrell.
