He was predeceased by: his parents, Edgar Gerhardt and Dottie Kosfeld Gerhardt. He is survived by: his wife Samantha Buchanan; his son Jason Gerhardt (Samie) of Boonville, MO.; his stepchildren, Melanie Scalia (James) of Boonville, MO. and Haileigh Fields (Patrick) of Freeburg, MO.; his sister Janice Cooper (Steve) of Lake; and his grandchildren, Toby Nash, Cody Gerhardt, Roman Fields, Maddison Scalia and Harper Scalia.
In lieu of flowers memorial contribution can be made to the family in care of Samie or Jason Gerhardt to help pay for medical and funeral expenses.
