He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred West and Marjorie West; and his daughter Pamela West. He is survived by: his wife Leonda West; his children, Jack West Jr. of Boonville, MO and Deanna Offineer of Boonville, MO; and his grandchildren, Dakota West, Chloe West, Gaige Offineer, Tristan Offineer, RyLee West and Greyson West. He is also survived by grandkids, and five brothers and sisters.
