She was predeceased by: her parents, Otto Joseph Kempf and Mary Magdalina Twenter Kempf; her husband William John Oser, Jr. (Bill); and her siblings, Clem, Harold, Joe Lee Kempf and Coletta Pabst.
She is survived by: her children, Bruce Oser (Brenda), Dennis Oser (Therisa), Kevin Oser (Jill Layne), Cindy Wesselman (Tony) and Christy Johnson (William); and her siblings, Estil Kempf, Jerry Ray Kempf and Lavina Hodges. She is also survived by her grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren.
