He was predeceased by: his parents, William Oser and Rose Ginter Oser (Frances); his siblings, Joe, Robert, Bernard, Walter, Bill, Lawrence Oser, Anna Marie and Wilhemene Oser; his grandson-in-law Aaron Imhoff; and his great grandchild Ethan Simkins.
He is survived by: his wife Frances Ruth Nagel; his children, David Oser (Jill) of Prairie Home, Karen Stodgell (Alan) of Boonville and Janet Waibel (Jim) of Prairie Home; his sister Barbara Worley of Pilot; his grandchildren, Kim Stodgell, Claudia Simkins (Jeff), Austin Waibel (Sarah), Lindsey Imhoff and Tanner Dodson (Ashley); and his great grandchildren, Madison, Samantha Simkins, Waylon, Brynlee Imhoff, Jonesie, Henry Waibel and Rhys Dodson.
