She was predeceased by: her parent Wealthy Jewell McBaine (Thornton); her former husband Ronald Turner; her father William McBaine; her siblings, William Jr. McBaine, Franklin E. McBaine, Henry D. McBaine, Ruth McBaine and Mary Acton; her son James "Jimmy" Turner; and her great grandchildren, Elijah Turner, Dainie Snodgrass, Samuel Turner, Brayden and Brinden Bassinger.
She is survived by: her husband Keith "Blackie" Harms; her children, Ronald "Skip" Turner, Jr. of Boonville, Carl Turner (Tammy) of New Franklin and Judy Quainton (David) of Bradenton, Florida; her daughter-in-law Debbie Turner of Centralia; and her grandchildren, Julie North, Jeremy Trierweiler, Jayson Trierweiler (Emily), Marcy Turner (Scott Hobbie), Nathan Turner, Ethan Turner (Tiffany), Sarah Turner, Jarrod Turner (Danielle), Stephanie Snodgrass (Trent) and Melissa Bober (Dan). She is also survived by many great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, family members and friends.
Memorials in her honor may be made to the American Heart Association.
