He is survived by: his daughter Jonet Lewis (Alton) of Boonville; his sister Wilma Pummill of Sedalia; his grandchildren, David Stephens, III (Kristi), Shawna Burnett (Nelson), James Lewis and Jackie Lewis (Zack); and his great grandchildren, Stephen Lewis, Lauren Straatman (Eric), Shelby Stephens, Jordan Lewis, Hunter Stephens, Julia Lewis and Gunner Lewis.
