He was predeceased by: his parents, James Lee Kelley and Olive Bledsoe (Audrey Kirchner); and his brothers, Kenneth and Roger Kelley. He is survived by: his wife Audrey Kirchner; his sons, Tim Kelley of Boonville and Terry Kelley (Angie) of Columbia; and his grandchildren, Chad, Grant, Matt, T. J. Kelley, Christina Frederick and Taylor Gee. He is also survived by several great grandchildren.
