He was predeceased by: his parents, Jacob Schwartz and Anna Marie Schwartz (Gerke); and his stepson George Bowman (Vera). He is survived by: his wife Vera; his daughters, Nancy Schwartz Bemboom of Jefferson City, Rebecca Schwartz (Tom Edwards) of Indialantic, Elizabeth Schwartz Schrader (David) of Augusta, Mary Ann Bratton of Springfield and Debbie Bowman of Blue Springs, Missouri.; and his siblings, Jacob "Norman" Schwartz (Joyce) of Boonville, Harold G. Schwartz (Sandi) of Overland Park, Helen Marie Hoelscher (Vern) of Marshalltown and Betty Sandbothe of Boonville, Missouri.. He is also survived by his many friends, numerous nieces and nephews, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
