He is survived by: his wife Marla; his children, Mike Green (April), Angie Shepherd (Steven) and Crystal Green (Chris); his stepson Kiefer Ivy; his son-in-law Nick Baker; his brothers, Gerald Green and Roger Green; and his grandchildren, Blake Green (Adrianna), Brandon Ballew (Brittany), Evan Chadwick (Beth), Austin Shepherd, Dakota Shepherd (Kaitlin), Preston Shepherd (Louise), Gage Shepherd, Gavin Shepherd, Sierra Baker, Cheyenne Baker (Chad), Layton Baker and Kayleigh Baker. He is also survived by his family and friends.
