He was predeceased by: his parents, Phillip Herigon and Mary Luebbering Herigon; and his siblings, Josephine Wolken of California, Ann Gasperson of Columbia, Florence Weber of Glasgow, Irene Wolz of Glasgow, Mary Jane Gudde of Holden, Clarence Herigon of Boonville, Gene Herigon of Bunceton and Bob Herigon of Boonville.

He is survived by: his wife Gertrude; and his children, Marilyn Geiger (Bill) of Boonville, Steve Herigon (Sue Ann) of Columbia, Bill Herigon (Helen) of Fulton and Dennis Herigon (Karen) of Boonville.
