He was predeceased by: his parents, Everett Couch and Carmen Holloway Couch; his brother Thomas Couch; and his daughter Crystal. He is survived by: his wife Pamela; his children, Jessia Kirkpatrick (Chris), Jason Couch (Lindsey) and Joshua Couch; his grandchildren, Crystal Barker (Noah), Amber, Jayde, Koal, Raven, Lane and Sterling; his sisters, Catherine Couch of Pilot Grove and Joyce Couch of Sedalia; and his pets, Annie, Sammie and Gracie.
