She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Retha Siddens Murphy and Thomas Dale Murphy; her son Eric Dale Stephenson of Independence, MO; her stepdaughter Jennifer Patton Braun (Chad); her grandchildren, Hannah, Silas, Asa and Ella Braun; and her sisters, Pat McComas (AJ) of Princeton, Donna Thomas (CE) of Stanberry and Norma James (Robert) of Montgomery, TX..

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to the First Christian Church of Boonville.
