He is survived by: his wife Patricia "Ann" Martin August of Boonville; his son Troy Bellamy of Independence; his brother Robert Michael Bellamy of Jamestown; his grandson Phillip Bellamy (Chyenne) of Boonville; his great grandchild Titus Bellamy; and his niece Alicha Weber (Scott).
