He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Gordon and Maxine Gordon (Brown). He is survived by: his wife Roz Gordon of Boonville; his children, Jonathan Gordon (Melissa) of London, England, Katherine Weymouth (Thomas) of Overland Park and Mark Gordon Gordon (Sheila) of Overland Park; his sister Jennifer Terrell (Jack) of Boonville; and his grandchildren, Max, Ivy Weymouth and Gabrielle Gordon.
