He was predeceased by: his parent Kathryn Widel (Boulware); his daughter-in-law Shelia Widel; and his brother Raymond Widel. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Widel; his children, Jimmy Widel (Tina) of Indianapolis, IN, Dennis Widel (Marcia) of Hope, AR, Roger Widel of Nelson, MO and Beverly Arth of Boonville, MO; his sister-in-law Mildred Widel of Sedalia, MO; his sister Joy Widel of Boonville, MO.; and his grandchildren, Carrie Webb (Jonathan), Courtney Brenneman (Adam), Lexie Nering (Daniel), Kaitlin McKerrow (Brent), Chloe Kent (Logan), Amelia, Clayton, Carter Widel, Brittany and Sierra Arth. He is also survived by 7 great grandchildren.
