He was predeceased by: his mother Vickie Sue Wells Ivy; and his sister Sherrie Brady. He is survived by: his daughter Courtney Hill of Boonville; his father Charles Robert Ivy of Franklin; his sisters, Teresa Box of Wheatland and Amanda Ivy of Wheatland; and his half-brothers, Robert Ivy of Franklin and Austin Ivy of Fayette. He is also survived by two step sisters; step mom; several nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews.
