She is survived by: her sister Carol Winfield of Boonville; and her children, Connie Gambrel (Roydale) of Kentucky, James Michael Gillum (Anita) of Kentucky, Jon Helton of Australia, Cheri Rapp, Terri Sienko and Toni Alley. She is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
