He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Rhorer and Nellie Sampo Rhorer; his daughter Becky Rhorer; his siblings, James Rhorer (Ronnie) and Shirley Boyer; and also Tim White, Jr..

He is survived by: his wife Glenda Ray; his children, Chris Rhorer (Star), Eric Rhorer (Maile) and Amanda Rhorer (Cadilac); his siblings, Ed, Doug, Larry, Terry Rhorer, Rosemary Ivy, Linda Clark and Judy Jones; and his grandchildren, Connor Rhorer, Andrew Rhorer, Kendall Rhorer, Alex Derrick, Asten Derrick and Brody Rhorer.

Those attending the visitation and memorial service are encouraged to wear a face mask and practice social distancing.
