Theresia Smith Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Theresia Smith of Bonne Terre, Missouri, who passed away on June 29, 2024 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Bronce; her parents, Viktor Lindner and Theresia Lindner (Bronce Smith, Sr.); and her sisters, Anne Homberg, Maria Weck, Barbara Schomer and Margie Braning.
She is survived by: her children, Geraldine "Geri" Poucher of Farmington, Darrell Smith (Geri) of Ste. Genevieve and Bronce Smith, Jr. (Anita) of Farmington; her grandchildren, Alina Braning (Jesse Barton), Ashley Carroll, Lacie Smith, Alex Poucher, Whitney Smith (Terry Westrich), Kelsie Smith, Cody McGee (Natalie) and Ian Smith (Molly); her great grandchildren, Emma Braning, Logan Tabor, Gracie Braning, Heather Tabor, Katie Braning, Penny Poucher, Shayne Smith, Hadley McGee and Rosie Smith; and her siblings, Hans Lindner (Traudel) of Germany and Hilda Myers of Iowa. She is also survived by other family members and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the American Cancer Society or St. Jude's Children's Research Center.
