He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanford Thomas "Lightning" and Mildred Geraldine Montgomery (LaGrand); his brother Kevin Montgomery; and his brother-in-law Keith Gibbs. He is survived by: his children, Anita Montgomery, Thomas Montgomery (Natalie), Jeffrey Montgomery (Amy) and Kelley Magadan (Julian); his stepdaughter Kyra Stegall (Charlie); his grandchildren, Emma, Elizabeth, Avery, Cooper, Arabelle, Isabella, Sofia, Adaline, Mary, Amelia, Liam and Ryker; and his sister Judy Gibbs.
