He was predeceased by: his parents, Glenn Gowen and Shirley Jean Gowen (Moses). He is survived by: his children, Chelsea Weible (Dustin) and Cole Gowen (Brittany); his grandchildren, Peyton, Isaac and Rory; and his sisters, Brenda Boyer, Carol Spreckelmeyer (Mel) and Judy Johnston. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and other family and friends.
