She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Kala and Gabriella "Peri" Kala; and her brother-in-law Dennis Conway. She is survived by: her siblings, James Kalal and Shirley Conway; and her close friend Barbara Williams-Crane. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and other family members.
