He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank A. Basler and Mary M. Basler (Kertz); and his wife Ruth Naomi (Miller). He is survived by: his children, Kathleen A. Morris (Donald) of Imperial, Mary Lou Basler of Farmington, Lucretia J. Craig (Robert T. III) of Blue Springs and Kenneth R. Basler (Laura) of Bonne Terre; his grandchildren, Lindsay N. Morris of Chandler, Victoria L. Craig (Adam Samson) of London, England, Nicholas R. Basler (Alexis Casteel) of Imperial, Lucas R. Basler (Sarah Mann) and Ryan A. Morris of Imperial; his great grandchildren, Dean, Harper, Benton and Bella Rose; and his brother Clarence E. Basler of Farmington.
Due to Covid-19 restrictions, face coverings will be required and social distancing will be implemented at both C. Z. Boyer & Son Funeral Homes and Ste. Anne Church.
