He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilburn A. Cunningham and Mary Caroline Cunningham (Holmes); his spouse Jesse LaVerne Cunningham (Turley); his sons, Kevin Ray Cunningham and David Keith Cunningham; and his siblings, Jean Schramm and Homer Cunningham.
He is survived by: his son John Cunningham; and his grandson Johnathon Cunningham. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and other family members.
