He is survived by: his mother Peggy Vines (Barrett); his sons, Keith Vines (Joni Conley) and Marcus Vines (Susan Voss); his grandsons, Keith and Layton Vines; and his siblings, Lans L. Vines Jr., Joey Vines, David Vines and Debra Stegall. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, and many friends.
