With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Retha Kay Lofgren (Bonne Terre, Missouri), born in Bismarck, Missouri, who passed away on February 28, 2021 at the age of 85. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Retha Kay Lofgren to pay them a last tribute.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Fred Alva Edmonds and Myrtle Lou Edmonds (Reeves) of Bonne Terre; her former husband William Conrad Lofgren; and her sons, Shawn and Kelly. She was also cherished by friends and family, her cats.
However, when the COVID-19 crisis hopefully and thankfully winds down, a simple informal celebration of her life may be planned for when gatherings are again possible, perhaps in the Summer or the Fall.
In lieu of flowers, contributions to the Humane Society or the American Cancer Society are welcome.
