He is survived by: his wife Carol Coulter (Todd); his children, Kenny Coulter (Kim), Darrell Coulter (Terri), Terry Coulter, Kathy Daugherty (Pat), Bryan Coulter (Caroline) and Daniel Coulter; his grandchildren, Chris Coulter, Jordan, Brandon Daugherty, Courtney Coulter (Colton Wooldridge), Ty, Aiden and Addison Coulter; and his sisters, Darlene Smith, Ida Middleton and Sally Skibicki. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
