She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest E. McCullough and Ada June McCullough (Collins); her sister Grace Snodgrass (Lee Collins); and her children-in-law, Larry Winch and Lisa Collins.
She is survived by: her children, Frank Collins, Cathy Winch-Henson (Denver Henson), Cindy Canfield (John M. Canfield II) and Dan Collins (Gabby Collins); her grandchildren, Corey (Tina Winch), Kyle (Schea Winch), Andrew (Alaina Winch), Clara Seleena Canfield, Anthony Jones, Johnell Canfield (Kyle Kapella), John M. Canfield III Canfield (Maclee), Derek Collins, Ben (Chelsea Collins) and Theo Collins; her great grandchildren, Kayliegh, Kamryn, Kollin, Raegan, Morgan, Avery, Annabel, Rush, Rip, Emma, Easton and Ainsley; and her siblings, Margie Gilley, Ida Moore, Norma Cruze, Eugene McCullough and Curtis McCullough. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, other family members and friends.
