He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Jacob and Sylvia Mae Crites (Henry); his grandparents, Dr. Edward, Myrtle Crites, Louis and May Henry; and his grandson Mark Crites.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Long; his son Eddie Crites of Cape Girardeau; and his siblings, Tim Crites (Tammy) of Bonne Terre, Connie Ferguson (Steve) of Bloomington and Harold "Hal" Crites (Maggie) of Mission, Kansas. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Memorials to the Alzheimer's Association or the Dementia Society of America would be appreciated by the family. The family greatly appreciates donations made to these charities in Louis "Lou" Crites 's name.
