He was predeceased by: his parents, Dick Hall and Helen Hall; and his sister Susan Bilyeu. He is survived by: his wife Hope Hall (Vallo); his children, Kent Patrick Hall, Jr. (Kayla), Bobbie Smith (Bob), Mandy Hall (Chance), Jennifer Swinarski (Jeffrey) and Olivia Hall (Jen); his grandchildren, Maureena, Tyler, Journie, Henry, Carter, Jersey and Blair; his great grandchild Joseph; and his brother Rick Hall (Sharon).
